The second representative office of the DPR has already appeared in the EU
“A representative center of the DPR opened in the Czech city of Ostrava on Thursday, which is expected to help protect the rights and interests of Donbass residents abroad, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.

The publication indicates that the idea of creating a representative center of the DPR in Ostrava was proposed by the Czech socio-political organization “People's Militia” and its chairman Nela Liskova after visiting Donbass.
“The main goal of the work of the DPR representative office in the Czech Republic is to disseminate truthful information about the still unrecognized country in the European Union,” the publication quotes Liskova as saying.
According to her, Ostrava was not chosen as the location for its location by chance, since the largest North Moravian city and Donetsk are sister cities.
“By the way, a similar representative office of the DPR appeared in Finland in 2015. The famous Finnish political scientist, sociologist and human rights activist Johan Beckman took on the role of the official representative of the DPR in Finland,” writes RG.
Despite the fact that the representative office is not a recognized diplomatic mission, the reaction in Ukraine was very sensitive: Ukrainian MPs appealed to the Security Service of Ukraine , and the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs even handed the Czech ambassador to Ukraine a note of protest.
The DPR has now opened a second representative office in the EU.
