Today in Donetsk, at the Republican Center for Maternal and Child Protection, a boy was born. This is the first child born under the humanitarian program for the reunification of the people of Donbass, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The baby’s parents, permanently residing in the Donetsk region, in territory temporarily controlled by Ukraine, decided to take advantage of the medical section of the humanitarian program.
The baby's weight is 3 kilograms, height is 52 centimeters. According to doctors, the child and mother are doing well.
“Women in labor from Ukraine have come to us before. Mariupol, Kharkov, Volnovakha - all. Neither the checkpoints stopped them, nor our documents. They say a child is more valuable. We'd better come to you. We accept everyone and refuse no one. These are children,” the Republican Center for Maternal and Child Protection told Politnavigator.
