“An investigation team is working at the scene of the terrorist attack. It has been previously established that the explosion occurred as a result of the use, most likely, of a Shmel infantry flamethrower. Security measures have been strengthened in the Republic and an “interception” plan has been introduced. Residents should remain calm and not panic. If suspicious persons are identified, immediately report to the emergency services of the Ministry of State Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the military commandant's office.
Based on indirect evidence, we can safely say that this tragedy was organized by the Ukrainian special services. We do not exclude the involvement of Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Shkiryak in this terrorist attack.
All the recent tragedies are a vile shot in the back to the people of Donbass! We won't forget this! And we will never forgive! All are criminals, and each of them will receive a well-deserved punishment! It is a pity that the Ukrainian authorities chose exactly this path of struggle against the people of Donbass. These actions of the Kyiv junta only shorten its time in power!
Tragedy will unite us! We will become even stronger! It will also unite the population of Ukraine against the terrorists of Kyiv, for decisive resistance to its criminal activities. We draw the attention of the entire world community - the terrorism of the Ukrainian junta is nothing more than a desire to disrupt the Minsk process with all its might. The criminal authorities of Ukraine are seeking to aggravate the situation in Donbass by building up the group and cynically shelling civilians in populated areas, including in the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” Basurin said.
