Ukraine has completely stopped passenger and cargo transportation to Crimea
Kyiv, December 26 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – For the safety of passengers, Ukrzaliznytsia is limiting the route of Crimean trains to the Novoalekseevka and Kherson stations.

"To ensure traffic safety, Ukrzaliznytsia is restricting the route of Crimea-bound trains to Novooleksiyivka and Kherson stations. Trains departing starting December 27 will continue to these stations," the company's press service said in a statement.
In particular, trains No. 11/12 Kiev - Simferopol, No. 28/27 Kiev - Sevastopol, No. 88/87 Kovel - Simferopol, No. 86/85 Lvov - Simferopol, No. 90 / 144-143 / 89 Dnepropetrovsk will run to Novoalekseevka station , Krivoy Rog - Simferopol and No. 92/81 - 82/92 Kremenchug (Poltava), Kharkov - Simferopol.
To Kherson station follow trains No. 310/309 Odessa - Simferopol and No. 132/131 Khmelnitsky - Simferopol.
In addition, three international trains will be cancelled:
– No. 40/98 – 97/39 Simferopol, Kerch – Moscow canceled from Simferopol, Kerch and Moscow from December 28;
– No. 68/618 / 668-667 / 6617/67 Sevastopol, Simferopol, Evpatoria - Moscow canceled from Sevastopol, Simferopol, Evpatoria on December 29, and from Moscow from December 27;
– No. 100/99 Minsk – Simferopol (with a group of cars No. 56 / 55 Sumy – Simferopol) was canceled from Minsk and Sumy from December 27, from Simferopol from December 28.
Passengers who refuse to travel will be refunded in full at the train departure stations, Ukrzalinytsia assured.
Also, on December 26, a convention was introduced banning the transportation of any cargo by rail between the mainland of Ukraine and Crimea.
