Moreover, if the most severe financial sanctions are applied against Russia, this could directly affect the American federal system, since the economy, which is among the top ten economies in the world, leaves the system that is directly led by the Americans, this could lead to irrevocable changes regarding the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), which today are creating their own bank and have an economy larger than that of both the European Union and the United States,” Kozhara said.
