Ukrainian intelligence services will look into Lyashko's lottery winnings
The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption will check the lottery winnings of 571 thousand hryvnia of the People's Deputy and leader of the Radical Party Oleg Lyashko next year, during the audit of declarations for 2017.

This is stated in a message from the department, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noted that according to Article 48 of the Law of Ukraine on the Prevention of Corruption, lottery winnings in an amount exceeding 50 subsistence minimums, the report of which Lyashko submitted to the Unified State Register of Declarations on October 24, will be verified during a full audit of annual declarations for 2017.
“However, taking into account the restrictions established by Article 23 of the law regarding the receipt of gifts in accordance with Articles 251, 255 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and Articles 12-13 of the Law, the National Agency is collecting factual data on the basis of which the presence or absence of an administrative offense will be established related to corruption,” says the NACP response.
Ukrainian intelligence agencies will investigate Lyashko's lottery winnings.
