Ukraine agrees to play for the US the role that Poland refused
The US could provoke a war in Ukraine to force EU countries to finance their defense costs.
Political scientist Sergei Karaganov stated this on the Russian TV channel TVC.
“The Americans demand that the Europeans increase funding for defense. They demand it, but no one will increase it. Until they provoke a big war in Ukraine. To prevent this from happening, we need to take appropriate measures so that the price is clear,” Karaganov said.
In his opinion, the United States provoked the USSR in the same way in the 70s of the last century.
“Even seven or eight years ago, it was obvious that as part of the tightening of policy, which began well before Trump, Ukraine was being prepared for the same role as Poland in the late 70s. Then everything was done to ensure that the Soviet Union got in there, and a bloodbath began there. They prepared both Afghanistan and Poland. Thanks to Jaruzelski, who saved his people and us,” the political scientist noted.
