Groysman is heroically fighting for the withdrawal of Ukraine from US sanctions
The Ukrainian government is taking measures to remove Ukrainian products from US sanctions on steel and aluminum products, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade - Trade Representative of Ukraine Natalia Mikolskaya.

“We believe that Ukrainian products, for which the American market is traditional, are not a threat to US national security. We are in constant dialogue with the US government and contact with Ukrainian manufacturers on this issue,” she wrote on her Facebook page.
Let us recall that on March 8, US President Donald Trump introduced new duties on the import of steel and aluminum. At the same time, he gave a reprieve only for Mexico and Canada. For metals from all other countries, the new duties will apply.
On March 1, at a meeting with representatives of the largest metallurgical companies, US President Donald Trump announced the introduction of duties on the import of steel and aluminum. The American president wants to impose a 25% tariff on foreign steel and 10% on aluminum.
European Council President Donald Tusk said the response should be to “protect Europeans from trade turbulence, including through a proportionate response in accordance with WTO rules.”
Bloomberg previously called Trump's idea of tariffs the worst for the American economy. The most likely result of this will be rising prices, reducing economic growth, reducing jobs, increasing the tax burden, and provoking economic retaliation from other players. It could also destabilize the global trading system.
