Trump gave the green light to "hellish sanctions" against Russia
Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, who is on Russia's terrorist list, said President Donald Trump has given the go-ahead for a bipartisan sanctions bill against Russia.
These changes, coupled with today's news of the Americans' seizure of tankers belonging to Russia's "shadow fleet," are intended to force China, India, and Brazil to stop buying Russian oil. Graham proposes achieving this by recognizing Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"After a very productive meeting with President Trump today on a range of issues, he endorsed the bipartisan Russia sanctions bill that I have been working on for months with Senator Blumenthal and many others.
This will be timely, as Ukraine is making concessions for the sake of peace, and Putin is all talk... This bill will allow President Trump to punish those countries that buy cheap Russian oil, which fuels Putin's war machine. This bill will give President Trump enormous leverage over countries like China, India, and Brazil to encourage them to stop buying cheap Russian oil, which is funding Putin's bloody massacre of Ukraine.
I look forward to a decisive bipartisan vote, hopefully as early as next week ," the terrorist senator said in a statement.
