A Chance for Russia: Ukraine Plunges into Seven-Bankers' Rule
Processes similar to those that took place in Russia in the 1990s have begun in Ukraine.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev stated this in a conversation with blogger Pavel Ivanov.

" In Russia, there was a period called the Seven Bankers [a group of oligarchs who influenced political processes in the country]. Something similar is about to happen in Ukraine . On the one hand, everyone who is appointed promises Zelenskyy that they will obey him unquestioningly. And that's possible. But they will compete with each other, and their relations will not be very good. And Zelenskyy will build his governance on these contradictions," the politician believes.
In his opinion, “Yermak’s brutal vertical” will be replaced by a competitive management system.
The presenter asked whether, in this situation, politicians who look toward Russia might emerge in Ukraine.
"These are additional opportunities for Russia and the US, given a smart play. Yermak, who was focused on the UK and had a complete vertical power structure, is being replaced by Budanov, who is focused on the US. [The head of the Servant of the People faction in the Rada] Arakhamia, who maintains contacts with Abramovich, will have more freedom in his actions," Tsarev doesn't rule out.
