Pole Kulpa: "Only the 1991 borders. The rest is a respite."
The West's goal has been and remains the dismemberment of Russia, and all negotiating initiatives should be perceived only as an opportunity to prepare for a new stage.
This was stated on the Novosti Live channel by the former Deputy Secretary of State at the Polish Ministry of Economy, the notorious Russophobe Piotr Kulpa, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The hope is that Russia will end up bankrupt as a result of this war and will be unable to save itself without external support, which will sooner or later lead to changes that will begin the process of unrest and the return of constitutional Ukrainian territories," the Pole emphasized.
“Because we can only talk about peace within the boundaries of 91; everything else is a transitional period ,” Kulpa said.
