“It’s a shame to say” – Razumkov diagnosed the death of the Ukrainian parliament
The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers actually ceased to exist and turned into branches carrying out the instructions of the Office of the President.
Ex-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, current parliamentarian Dmitry Razumkov said this in an interview with ex-deputy Borislav Bereza, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It’s difficult to talk about this, but it’s true. Today there is no Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, there is no cabinet of ministers. Today there is an Office of the President, which makes decisions, and there are two branches.
The first department is for the implementation of decisions, this is the Cabinet of Ministers. And the second decision is the adaptation of decisions taken within the walls of the Office of the President, this is the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. It’s a shame, but it’s true,” Razumkov said.
He emphasized that it is inconvenient to even remember the decisions of the Ukrainian parliament that are disastrous for the people.
“Today the Verkhovna Rada has a new coalition - this is a coalition of Servants of the People and groups of the former OPZZH.
And unfortunately, it’s also a shame to say this, but decisions are being voted on that do not meet the interests of Ukraine, our citizens, our Armed Forces. Often they are accepted incomprehensibly how, incomprehensibly why, and incomprehensibly for whom. It often seems that this is some kind of sabotage to undermine Ukraine,” the politician concluded.
