The agreement with the EU does not help: Foreign capital is fleeing Ukraine
Kyiv, November 13 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) - Ukraine, despite the signed agreement with the EU, is rapidly losing foreign investment: in six months of war, 30% of foreign capital was withdrawn.
People's Deputy from the "Petro Poroshenko Bloc" Sergei Kaplin admitted this on TV channel.

According to him, in these conditions the state is forced to spend billions of hryvnia on recapitalizing banks, half of which may not survive the crisis.
“We found out that state banks alone need 26 billion hryvnia in capitalization, that the first category of non-state banks need 56 billion hryvnia, foreign banks need another 22 billion. Private banks need another 28 billion hryvnia…. Over six months, the outflow of foreign capital amounted to 30%,” Kaplin said.
