A severe economic crisis will begin in Ukraine next year.
Ukrainian political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this on the air of the InterVizor analytical channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In general, 2019 will be a critical year, and 2020 in general, as in that joke, the oligarchs will have a crisis, and the common people will have a very bad time. They will have to do something,” Dzhangirov noted.
He believes that the Ukrainian economy will not withstand the restructuring of the external debt, which the next government and parliament will have to deal with.
“We won’t get away from restructuring. It was signed on absolutely enslaving terms. Already this year, at the end of the year, we will pay 15-40% of GDP growth. When the Cabinet of Ministers tells us that it plans 2020% growth in 7, then we will simply give away more than for military needs “insolently.” Despite the fact that we still pay interest,” the political scientist added.
