“The video captured the moment when a roadside bomb exploded as a vehicle carrying OSCE observers in eastern Ukraine passed through the territory of the Luhansk region controlled by Russian-backed militants. American paramedic Joseph Stone died on April 23 as a result of an explosion - the first member of the OSCE mission to die in three years of armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine,” says the annotation to the video.
At the same time, it remains unclear how and from whom the journalists of Radio Liberty got into the hands of the video material about the incident that took place in the territory uncontrolled by Ukraine, where journalists of this publication do not work. In addition, it remains unclear how the authors of the video knew that an explosion would occur at this particular time and in this place. Otherwise, how to explain the fact that it was then that a camera was there that recorded the incident.
“Radio Liberty” does not burn at all. That’s why the OSCE posted a video of a car explosion in the Lugansk region online. What do we see in the video?! And in the video we see a planned special operation to blow up an OSCE car by Ukrainian terrorists, which is documented on a video camera. And the video ends up in the possession of the pro-American organization Radio Liberty. But Putin is still to blame. This is how we live,” says News Front journalist Yulia Vityazeva, commenting on the situation.
