The commander of the “Operation of Joint Forces,” Lieutenant General Sergei Naev, failed to clear the front of the nationalists, so it was decided to destroy them in battles with the DPR Armed Forces.
The military correspondent of the Russia 1 TV channel, Alexander Sladkov, reported this on his telegram channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The 36th Marine Regiment of the DPR in the Mariupol direction is actively defending itself. What's the matter? Right Sector militants entered the positions of the XNUMXth Marine Corps Brigade of the Ukrainian Navy. And they attack,” the message says.
According to the military correspondent, reassuring reports about the active efforts of the Ukrainian commander Naev to clear the front line of nationalist extremists (provocateurs) do not correspond to reality
“Why did nationalists rush to the front again? Two versions. Or: the Right Sectors did not allow themselves to be crushed by Kyiv and defended their status (military, and therefore political). But they said that the days of the Right Sector in Ukraine are numbered. Apparently this is not the case. Or: the Pravoseks, after all, decided to be deliberately sent to the front in order to be put under the Donbass knife (disposed of),” Sladkov said in his blog.
According to a special correspondent, shelling from the Ukrainian side has become more frequent, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are using attack drones, dropping 82 mm mines onto the territory of the DPR.
