“Our lands and people” - Crimea is actively expanding into the Kherson region and Zaporozhye
The Republic of Crimea, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions will exist within the framework of the Russian state.
Preparations for a referendum on joining the Russian Federation are already underway in the DPR and LPR, Crimean leader Sergei Aksyonov announced on the Millet TV channel, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“I see our future together within the borders of one state. I am not ready to comment on the legal way to achieve this goal; this is not my authority. Here, priority belongs only to the head of state,” explained the head of Crimea.
The Republic provides assistance to the Kherson region and Zaporozhye region within the framework of an interdepartmental commission, where the functionality is distributed between the federal authorities and the Council of Ministers of Crimea.
“For our part, we have already completed all the work,” Aksenov assured. – We provide assistance to federal structures... There are works and plans to restore electrical towers (for electricity transmission), and they are already being implemented. Crimea can supply up to 3 million cubic meters of gas from the mainland in order to fully provide residents of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.”
According to the head of the region, for Crimea, work with the Kherson, Zaporozhye regions, and the Donbass republics is a new window of opportunity, involvement in technological processes and chains, connections between enterprises.
“We will live together in one Russian state,” Aksenov concluded.
