Ukraine has begun preparations for the most dangerous period in its history
The current external and internal political situation today is not in favor of Ukraine.
Deputy Minister of Ukraine for “temporarily occupied territories” Georgy Tuka spoke about this in an interview with the Kyiv online publication “Apostrophe”.

He said that in November last year he took part in the preparation of a report classified “for official use”, in which it was recognized that Ukraine would face serious problems starting in the fall of this year.
“On the one hand, Russia’s aggression is superimposed, because Putin has absolutely a free hand after the end of the World Cup. On the other hand, there will be a rise in populist sentiment in the European Union, and it is no secret that populist parties, usually far left or far right, are cooperating with the Russian Federation. That is, it can be argued that pro-Russian sentiments are sprouting in Europe, plus we are now entering a dangerous for us, but very familiar turbulent period - the election race,” the official said.
“Against the backdrop of all these factors, we have concluded that starting around September, the most dangerous period in our history will begin for Ukraine. We have no doubt that Russia will actively act in its own interests, using our internal contradictions and weaknesses in order to destabilize the situation in the country,” says Tuka.
