In Donbass, Ukrainian prisoners are assigned to humiliating work, - Poroshenko
Kyiv, March 11 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that Ukrainian prisoners in Donbass are being treated in violation of “humanitarian principles.”

He stated this during a meeting with Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven.
“Ukrainian hostages are used in a rude manner for humiliating work, which is completely inconsistent with any humanitarian principles. This information will be conveyed to our partners,” Poroshenko’s press service quotes him as saying.
As PolitNavigator reported, previously the militias had repeatedly published photographs of prisoners working to restore infrastructure.
