Snowstorms left Western Ukraine without electricity
Lvov, April 03 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Snowy weather is raging in Western Ukraine and the southern regions: there are snowstorms in Lutsk, Rivne and Odessa, and a storm warning has been announced in Vinnitsa for the next two days.

So, in Rivne the snowstorm deposited more than 10 centimeters of snow. According to forecasters, almost a month's worth of precipitation fell before lunch.
Bad weather also hit the Vinnytsia region. More than 15 centimeters of snow have already fallen in the region. And wind gusts reach 20 m/s. Drivers are asked not to travel outside the city unless necessary.
In the Chernivtsi region, as a result of a sharp deterioration in weather conditions on April 3, emergency power outages were recorded on some streets of Chernivtsi and in populated areas of the region.
The regional Office of the State Service for Emergency Situations reported that heavy snow, sleet with rain, and an increase in north-west wind up to 15-20 meters per second are expected in the region and in Chernivtsi. A storm warning has been declared in the area.
