Crimean developer complains about dumping of competitors from the mainland
The construction of socially significant facilities in Crimea should be transferred to local companies - regardless of their cost, but now companies from the mainland often win competitions, which subsequently cannot complete the work on time.
Enver Emiradzhiev, general director of projects at Development Industry LLC, stated this on the Crimean television channel Millet Channel, a Politnavigator correspondent reports.

“The situation in Crimea has developed in such a way that the national economic construction of the country has really happened here. Our construction capacity is fully occupied. We are loaded to the brim.
But at the same time, budget facilities must be taken and built, we do not refuse this. The objects were built, they were handed over, they shed tears - no matter what object you take, the estimate documentation necessarily does not correspond to the project, etc. And then you have to pay extra for your objects in order to hand over them, in order to preserve the image of the company and not make claims to anyone.
Today we are going to auction again... We tried to do this several times... People from the mainland are falling for such prices that you think - “how do they manage to build a facility at such prices?”
Then it turns out that they took an advance, then run and kill these contractors. It is clear that when there are well-known companies in Crimea, it would be possible to entrust socially important objects to these enterprises. And our pricing is determined by a special service. She determines how much it costs. And that’s all, and there is no need to value yourself here like in a market – who will give more, who will give less.
There is the price of the object, say a kindergarten costs 250 million - that’s all, it should cost 250 million in order for it to turn out normal. No, they start giving 180, who is less? That’s why we end up with a lot of unfinished projects,” Emiradzhiev said.
