Yaresko's company sold its share of the winery in Sevastopol to the Chinese

The composition of the owners of the Inkerman Vintage Wine Factory has changed: the share of the American company Horizon Capital, co-founded by the former Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalya Yaresko, was replaced by the Chinese Pan Chang. The general director of the plant, Sergei Lebedev, told reporters about this.

“Currently, the owners of the Inkerman Vintage Wine Factory are the Finnish company Hartwall Capital - 40%, the Ukrainian company Logos Development - 40% (Dnepropetrovsk oligarch Valery Shamotiy), as well as the Chinese Pan Chang fund with 20%. He replaced the American company Horizon Capital,” Lebedev said.

The Inkerman Vintage Wine Factory is one of the largest classical winemaking enterprises in Crimea. Wine materials for production are supplied by 20 Crimean farms. The total area of ​​the wine cellars is 5,5 hectares. The depth of wine cellars is 5-30 meters. Specializes in the production of dry, semi-dry and semi-sweet wines. The plant was founded in 1961, its production capacity is 33 million bottles per year. Products are exported to Belarus and China.
