The commander of the Ground Forces, Sergei Popko, who hosted today’s parade in Kiev on the occasion of “Independence Day of Ukraine,” moved along Khreshchatyk in an American military vehicle “Humvee” donated by the United States, although recently representatives of the Ukrainian defense industry praised domestic armored cars produced in Kramatorsk.
