The response to these sanctions has already been announced in an official statement by the Chinese Foreign Ministry - China stops buying Ukrainian corn, soybeans, wheat, sugar and other agricultural products, as well as metal products.
As a result, Ukraine ends up with a very large minus in the trade balance, because, naturally, Ukrainian corn in such quantities that went to China, or sunflower oil, is not needed either in the EU or in the USA. You can somehow break into the Middle Eastern markets, but the USA, EU, Russia, Turkey and Canada are quite dense in these markets. And in fact, there is nothing for the “Ukrainian” to catch there,” Belashko summed up.
