The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to reformat the nationalist battalions and distribute their members to different brigades. Deputy Commander of the DPR Armed Forces Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing in Donetsk.
According to him, these measures by the Ukrainian army command are causing protests and outrage among nationalists , which is why additional special forces units have been deployed to the ATO zone, and the military prosecutor's office has received orders to initiate criminal cases against nationalists, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, under the leadership of Muzhenko, began to carry out organizational and staffing measures related to the reorganization of a number of volunteer nationalist battalions.
These actions caused a wave of indignation and discontent among nationalists, who were accustomed to dictating their terms to the ATO command and acting at their own discretion.
