The head of NJSC Naftogaz, Andrey Kobolev, uses his position for personal enrichment to the detriment of the interests of the state and people of Ukraine.
Valentin Zemlyansky, Director of Energy Programs at the Center for World Economy and International Relations of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, announced this on the NEWSONE television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Kobolev has three types of bonuses - Stockholm, monthly, and also at the end of the year. They provide for themselves in full. I understand why he needs to drive an armored Cadillac to carry money, it’s scary,” said Zemlyansky.
He noticed that the director of the state company, Kobolev, positions himself as a businessman.
“He talks about expensive managers. Dear managers led to the disruption of the heating season in March of this year, to the insane debts of Ukrtransgaz, to the debt to Ukrgazvydobuvannya, which at the end of this year will show the same indicators instead of the promised growth. Where is the efficiency? Why pay a premium?” he said.
