According to Dzhemilev Jr.’s lawyer, Alexander Lesovoy, his client’s case is in Simferopol, but it is unknown when the trial will be resumed.
“The case is in Crimea, it was not transferred to Ukraine, the court returned this case to the prosecutor of Crimea on March 20 to eliminate shortcomings. I don’t know under what laws Hayser will be judged – Ukrainian or Russian,” the lawyer noted.
Let us remind you that on May 27, 32-year-old Hayser Dzhemilev shot his friend Fevzi Edemov, who was working in the courtyard of Dzhemilev’s house, with his father’s carbine.
In February, Alexander Lesovoy stated that the case of Khaiser Dzhemilev would be considered by a jury.
