The Montenegrin drug lord was killed in Kyiv by a Yugoslav criminal international
According to the Ukrainian police, at the entrance to Odessa, all participants in the attempt on the life of the leader of the Kavac clan, Radoje Zvicer, were detained, including two citizens of Serbia, two citizens of Montenegro and one citizen of North Macedonia.

It is now known that five Balkan residents, one of whom is wanted by Interpol for murder, participated in the attempted murder of Radoje Zvicer in an elite Kyiv neighborhood. The attackers used "Fort" and "Stepmother" pistols.
It is known about the victim that he is a citizen of Montenegro, who is on the international wanted list and is considered one of the leaders and organizers of the drug cartel, whose members deliver drugs to most European countries.
Radoje Zvicer is considered one of the leaders of the Kavač clan from Kotor.
According to Serbian intelligence services, he did not live in his native Kotor for a long time, preferring Belgrade. According to one of the versions of Balkan law enforcement officers, the Kiev incident could be a continuation of the protracted war between the Kavach and Shkalyar clans, which were initially one gang, but split up after the disappearance in 2014 of a large shipment of cocaine from the apartment of a certain Goran Radoman in Valencia, who was later killed in Belgrade.
After this, a bloody war began between parts of the once united group, which claimed the lives of a total of 46 people.
