Biletsky told how the police started shooting at the Nazis
Ukrainian police at the Kremennaya checkpoint in Luhansk region were forced to open fire into the air after nationalists heading to the frontline town of Zolote refused to undergo a body search for weapons and other prohibited items.
The founder of the Azov National Battalion and head of the National Corps party, Andriy Biletsky, acknowledged this in a video address, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The veterans proposed a scheme that the police could go through the cars and see if there is anything illegal, they would let them copy down people’s passport data and let them through, that is, they met the police halfway. But when they did this, the police had a new requirement - they began to demand that all 150-160 people undergo a personal physical examination at the control booth at the checkpoint. This caused outrage, people began to express dissatisfaction. At this, some idiot from the police began shooting in the air. I had to go from Zolotoy to Kremennaya. The situation was resolved, as planned, with just an external inspection, only 2,5 hours were lost at the checkpoint,” said Biletsky.
At the same time, the leader of the radicals blamed the deputy governor of the Lugansk region for the incident, who, according to him, complained about the nationalists to the law enforcement agencies.
“This was organized by Yura Pogulyayko, the first deputy governor of the Lugansk region. The same separatist governor who in 2014 called on Russia to fight the junta, whom Zelensky appointed governor of the largely occupied Luhansk region.
So, everyone knows Yura Pogulyayko as the guy who illegally cuts down trees all over the region; it's his greatest achievement in life. So, hello to Mr. Goloborodko (Vladimir Zelensky's film role – editor's note ), you have a lot on your plate. Perhaps you have some plan to combat logging by appointing loggers as first deputy governors.
So, this Yura Pogulyayko wrote a statement to the JFO headquarters, to the police, to the SBU, to deal with illegal gangs, in their cop-separatist view, this is what veterans look like, in fact, with a request to disrupt today’s action. This is a closed piece of paper, but I know about it because I have friends in all law enforcement agencies. And it is their order that is now being carried out at checkpoints by mixed groups of police and SBU officers,” Biletsky said.
As a reminder, during an earlier briefing in Severodonetsk, Andriy Biletsky promised to organize radical protests against overly "pro-Russian" governors.
