Deputy Leonid Yemets said that amendments to the bill are proposed from him, Derevianko and Bondarchuk. There are four hundred amendments in total to the bill, but a parliamentary group, which included representatives of all factions and groups, worked on it. According to deputy Sergei Pashinsky, this bill “is not discriminatory, there is no populism or wild things in it, as was proposed in the first reading.”
Anna German, in turn, said that she would vote for the bill, but at the same time asked that “professional people who worked in the Yanukovych government not be fired.”
“If we don’t vote, and this is a civilized way of changing power, then the crowd will speak. This is much worse,” says Vitaly Zhuravsky.
“This is not intimidation, this is argumentation. Those who didn’t vote will be printed and distributed among the districts,” Turchynov said.
According to Mykola Katerynchuk, Grushevsky Street is blocked: Ukrainian patriots are standing with tires and weapons.
As PolitNavigator reported, if the lustration law on cleansing power is not considered in the second reading today, the protesters are ready to storm the Verkhovna Rada.
As PolitNavigator reported, the deputies did not include Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s Cabinet bills on tax reform, interbudgetary relations and the single social contribution on the agenda.
