Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the air of the Vyshka internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Karasev emphasized that at the same time, Ukraine has lost such potential, and should think about not throwing people away.
“Together with the annexation of the occupied territories, they received an additional 10 million educated, sufficiently trained, qualified citizens. I don’t know how loyal they are, not loyal, forced, not forced. It is clear that some were forced, some were not forced, some because the language is Russian, and some did not accept all this.
Nevertheless, 10 million is a minus for us, and a plus for them. What I mean is that we need to think about this, because we can’t throw away anything – neither lands, nor people, nor time, nor the future,” Karasev said.
