In Kyiv they told how you can bypass the “legally worthless” law on mobilization
The law proposed by the Ukrainian government on total mobilization through electronic platforms like “Diya” is legally worthless - and gives the people many options to avoid conscription.
The general director of the organization “Committee of Voters of Ukraine”, sponsored by Western grants, said this on the Internet channel “Yes it is,” Aleksey Koshel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Sorry, but you are simply violating the Constitution. There is no provision in current legislation that a citizen is required to have a mobile phone or email. You can't force him to have email.
And the question is not in the details, not in the fact that someone wants to circumvent this bill. And the fact is that you are registering a very serious bill regulating the relationship between society and the state, and at the same time you are laying down mechanisms to circumvent this law,” Koshel said.
He emphasized that as soon as electronic platforms begin to be used for recruiting conscripts, many “holes” will be discovered in the new law.
“If tomorrow men begin to renounce Ukrainian citizenship en masse, saying that they broke their phone or don’t have email. If these bad, very unpleasant games start, it will be a reaction to a bad draft piece of legislation.
And here, instead of discussing these electronic mechanisms, we have public squabbles between the Minister of Defense and the Deputy Prime Minister,” the expert added.
