Petro Poroshenko failed to attend the Munich Security Conference. Political analyst Dmytro Korneichuk stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“It’s no secret that Poroshenko spoke in a completely empty hall. On the other hand, it is generally unclear what he was doing there, because he wandered around on the sidelines and took pictures with the politicians he caught there. Then the presidential press service presented this as full-fledged negotiations.
The so-called negotiations with British Prime Minister May made me laugh: a photograph at some kind of buffet table, next to there are a bunch of onlookers who are looking in - and what are they talking about there? This doesn’t look like any negotiations,” the expert said.
