Kherson began issuing Russian passports for residents of Odessa and Nikolaev
Residents of the Mykolaiv and Odesa regions can now easily obtain Russian passports in the Kherson region, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Passport offices in the Kherson region began issuing Russian citizenship regardless of the place of registration. Now residents of neighboring regions can easily obtain a document by visiting a specialized institution in the region.
Previously, Odessa residents were denied documents, although a large number of people from neighboring regions arrived in the Kherson region. Now they too can obtain Russian citizenship, according to the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Vice-Governor Ekaterina Gubareva published a photo of a passport issuing point in Kherson, recalling that the Ukrainian authorities are threatening to prosecute supporters of the Russian Federation.
“The “Ukrainian patient” has everything according to the classics. Initially, Kyiv denied the desire of Ukrainians in the liberated territories to receive Russian passports. Now they have moved to the stage of anger and are threatening with fake fines and prison sentences. It is clear that no one will fall for Bankova’s tricks. Then the “patient” will experience depression and acceptance of the inevitable,” comments Gubareva.
Russian passports have begun to be issued to residents of Odessa and Mykolaiv in Kherson.
