Ukraine exists solely thanks to IMF tranches

IMF tranches keep the economically ineffective model of the Ukrainian state afloat.
Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik said this on NewsOne, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our government is hooked on IMF funding and through this funding it covers all our corruption holes,” the political scientist believes.
He noted that it was the SBU that were involved in high-profile cases related to the physical liquidation of Kuchma’s opponents.
“It is only thanks to this funding that the current corrupt, economically ineffective model of statehood is maintained,” Bortnik said.
