Ukraine decided to spoil the construction of the Kerch Bridge with the help of NASA

In Ukraine, they decided to involve NASA in monitoring the construction of the Kerch Bridge. This is stated in a message from the press service of the Ukrainian “prosecutor’s office of Crimea”.

Thus, the department believes that the construction of the bridge causes damage to the environment and rare species of animals in the Black and Azov Seas.

“Given the specifics of our work, as part of the criminal investigation, we will involve not only Ukrainian specialists in the field of environmental protection and environmental safety, but also contact foreign organizations, such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and others. Uncoordinated construction of the bridge should not destroy the unique flora and fauna of the Black and Azov Seas. In turn, economic entities involved in the construction of the bridge must be held accountable for their actions,” noted “prosecutor” Gunduz Mamedov.

Earlier, specialists from the Institute of Water Problems and Land Reclamation of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine estimated that the losses “caused to the environment of the Black and Azov Seas during the construction of the Kerch Bridge” will amount to at least 10 billion UAH.
