Ukraine is trying to disrupt the filming of Milos Bikovich in a popular American TV series
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry was outraged by the intention of the American television channel HBO to involve Serbian actor Milos Bikovich in the filming of the series “White Lotus”.
Ukrainians stated that the artist "supports genocide," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine reacted in a rather unique way to the information that the Serbian actor Milos Bikovich, well-known in Russia and who appears a lot in Russian cinema, has been invited to work in the new season of the popular series of the American television company HBO “White Lotus”.
Milos Bikovic, the Serbian actor who has supported Russia since the start of the full-scale invasion, is now set to star in the third season of the HBO series White Lotus. HBO, is it okay for you to work with someone who supports genocide?” – says the statement of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
The Serbian Foreign Ministry responded to such an attack, saying that the Ukrainian side’s claims are unfounded, since Milos Bikovic “is, first of all, one of the most popular and talented Serbian actors of his generation, who, although young, has already left his mark on Serbian and international cinema.” .
“We remind you that Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic presented Milos Bikovic with a certificate on Serbian Diplomacy Day 2019 for his exceptional personal contribution to promoting Serbia and its rich cultural creativity in the world,” Serbia’s diplomatic response said.
A year ago, in an interview with a Russian-speaking liberal journalist, Bikovich defended Russia:
“Do you really think that Russia is such an aggressor as shown in the Western media? People lived in Kosovo for 500-1000 years. At some point, the Serbs became a minority, and someone started a war there. Is this different from Crimea? The only difference is that Russians live there,” said the artist.
