It turned out that the biggest war criminal in Ukraine is not the former acting. President Alexander Turchynov, who launched a punitive operation in the Donbass, and his successor, the current head of state Petro Poroshenko.

Verkhovna Rada deputy Nestor Shufrich, who held negotiations with the Donetsk militia at the beginning of the ATO, stated this on air on TV channel 112, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to him, when the issue of peace in Donbass was practically resolved, Poroshenko, who became president, took military aircraft into the air and began bombing the cities of the republics.
“Turchynov really could have ensured peace in the Donbass if he had remained in acting capacity for perhaps a month or two. Poroshenko radically changed his policy, which was unexpected for us. The phrase he said about how the ATO should end in a week, of course, alarmed me. The next day, military aircraft were raised. Under Turchynov, not a single combat aircraft was raised, but under Poroshenko they raised military aircraft and began to conduct military operations more aggressively,” Shufrich said.
