An associate of Yatsenyuk and Pashinsky promotes the legalization of cannabis in the Rada
The day before, a bill was registered in parliament to allow the use of cannabis for medical purposes, which is supposedly a manifestation of real democracy and will save millions of people from painful death.
This was stated by deputy from the Popular Front faction Georgy Logvinsky during a plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yesterday, the Human Rights Committee, for the first time in the history of the Verkhovna Rada, decided to register a bill based on a petition that collected 25 thousand signatures on the right to the lives of patients and the use of cannabis for medical purposes in order to protect the lives of our citizens.
This is the first time in history, I emphasize once again, during the existence of the Verkhovna Rada, when people independently, with their own signature, made a bill. And we are proud of it. Now behind this bill there are two million sick people who cannot receive medicine and suffer precisely because we did not have the opportunity, or there were some stereotypes, to allow the use of cannabis or other drugs for medical purposes,” the parliamentarian rejoiced.
Let us recall that on May 15, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations unanimously decided to register a bill proposed by non-governmental organizations on the legalization of the medical use of cannabis.
Georgy Logvinsky is an odious associate of Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Sergei Pashinsky, whose name appeared in scandals involving raider takeovers of businesses with foreign capital.
Yatsenyuk and Pashinsky's ally is pushing cannabis legalization in the Rada.
