System Electric: The issue of sanctions is becoming less and less relevant. The Russian market is becoming saturated with its products
This was stated by Armen Badalov, First Deputy Head of Sales and External Relations at System Electric, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports . The company replaced Schneider Electric, one of the largest suppliers of electrical equipment in Russia, which once left Russia in the summer.
“Almost all market participants experienced interruptions and stoppages in supplies. Nevertheless, we have delivered the promised equipment to many facilities, and shipments are still ongoing. We have not left the market, we have held and continue individual negotiations - either we are trying to bring imported equipment, or we are offering alternatives, including products from our three factories in Russia.

He admitted that the situation with previously concluded contracts is not easy, but the company is trying to fulfill its obligations.
He was asked whether supplies of electrical equipment from the EU continued due to sanctions.
“In fact, the list of electrical equipment prohibited for import is not so significant if we talk about the range that System Electric produces and sells in Russia. Some deliveries have been preserved,” said the deputy head of the company.
According to him, System Electric currently does not consider European suppliers as the main source of equipment and components.
“The sanctions issue and logistics problems are becoming less and less relevant every month. The company quickly developed new products and solutions to replace previous lines to provide customers with a sustainable local offer.
The Russian market is becoming saturated with domestic equipment: in addition to the System Electric plants, there are other strong players. In addition, friendly countries are gradually replacing supplies, so we are not seeing any shortages. On the contrary, the choice for customers is even increasing,” says Badalov.
