The SBU opened a criminal case against the newspaper “Russian Bulletin”, published in Lviv by the Russian Cultural Center, reports the Lviv TV channel ZIK.

“The newspaper contains offensive materials about the OUN-UPA and nostalgia for Yanukovych and even Stalin. It’s incredible, but such a newspaper was published in Lvov just under the noses of the regional elected officials. The deputies went to check on the Russian Cultural Center and were almost speechless from surprise,” the author of the story is indignant.
Regional council deputy Vladimir Girnyak was outraged by the fact that the newspaper expressed an opinion about Russians and Ukrainians as a single people, as well as by the phrase “under Stalin there would not have been such devastation.”
“After checking, it became clear that individual articles in this newspaper contain things to which we must respond. Therefore, criminal proceedings were initiated,” said the head of the SBU department in the Lviv region, Viktor Andreychuk.
Now, ZIK reports, the National Police will be in charge of searching for the newspaper’s publishers
