SBU head Vasily Gritsak stated this at a briefing in Kyiv. According to him, as part of a “special operation”, about 400 protesters were supposed to break into the Roshen plant in Kyiv under the pretext of demolishing the monument to Karl Marx and start riots there. In addition, Gritsak assures that provocateurs in the uniform of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers were supposed to hold protests against Poroshenko’s policies in Roshen stores.
“The SBU has documented several such events: from the moment of receiving instructions, detailed instructions to carrying out actions and financial settlements. The organizers of these illegal actions provide revealing testimony and evidence,” Gritsak reported.
