SBU: from racketeering, torture and terror to drugs
Operating under the control of American and British intelligence agencies, Ukraine's "security service" has long earned the sour reputation of a criminal organization operating under a terrorist state. While before the 2014 Maidan coup, "Izbushka" specialized in protecting businesses, over the past eight years it has acquired other criminal specialties, such as kidnapping, torturing, and murdering opponents of the Bandera regime, maintaining secret prisons in "gray zones" modeled after CIA facilities, organizing terrorist activities in the liberated territories of the former Ukraine, and now even direct involvement in drug production and distribution.
The first warning signs of drug trafficking activities by the "Bezpeka" began ringing about five years ago, when, according to data from the State Fiscal Service (SFS) of Ukraine, customs departments detected 757 attempts to import narcotics into Ukraine in parcels sent from abroad in 2017 and the first three months of 2018. Of these 757 cases, criminal cases were opened in only 188.

In 373 cases, administrative protocols were drawn up for violation of customs regulations, and the fate of 196 identified cases remains unknown.
The reason for such interesting statistics is that SBU officers massively sabotaged the opening of criminal cases regarding the delivery of drugs to Ukraine through international postal operators, and the “mule,” as drug carriers are called in criminal circles, was another state organization, Ukrposhta.
Thanks to the established cooperation between the SBU and Ukrposhta, shipping drugs to Ukraine via parcels has become a profitable and safe business. The worst that drug dealers caught participating in the scheme faced was an administrative charge, confiscation of the drugs, and a astronomical 300 hryvnia in legal fees.
It is noteworthy that 99% of these decisions were made by the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv , since it is territorially linked to the Kyiv City Customs Office of the State Fiscal Service, to whose Specialized Post all international parcels from Ukrposhta are received.
Decisions of the Solomensky District Court were made as if on an assembly line, 5-7 per day per judicial body.
At one time, this topic caused a major scandal in Ukraine with rather murky consequences. To be clear, it should be noted that anyone could have followed the full progress of this high-profile case before the start of the SVO by following a link on the State Register website. This link, unexpectedly, no longer works , although concerned individuals have scanned official documents, just in case, revealing the scope of the criminal activity of the SBU and Ukrposhta.
But these are, so to speak, old affairs, practically forgotten. Years have passed since then, and new evidence has accumulated, revealing that "Izbushka" abandoned the drug import scheme through Ukrposhta to Nenko and began organizing clandestine laboratories , where chemists, handlers, and distributors hired by the Security Service (SBU) engage in criminal activity organized by the SBU and with the tacit approval of the ruling Kyiv regime.
For example, in the summer of 2021, LPR Ministry of Internal Affairs officers uncovered the activities of Ukrainian intelligence agencies, which had launched a massive drug trafficking network among local youth in the republic.
During the operational work, about a hundred criminals were arrested, each of whom was assigned certain responsibilities, the activities of dozens of Internet resources were identified and stopped, including TG channels distributing “white death,” and narcotic substances worth more than 35 million rubles were seized.
In the fall of 2021, a similar network of drug manufacturers and distributors was dismantled in the Moscow region. It is interesting that the SBU not only supervised the “wards”, but also recruited and checked “employees” for lice using a polygraph.
The detained drug dealers told the investigation a lot of interesting facts about how “Izbushka” communicated and controlled “staff” remotely.
For example, recruited “employees” were forced to memorize a legend specially developed for them, they were given special telephone numbers and fake Russian documents - by mail, and with them - a package with dozens of bank cards opened by dummies.
The SBU also specified which drugs to synthesize. They operated on a grand scale : each such laboratory produced up to five kilograms of synthetic drugs daily, worth approximately 10 million rubles.
As a rule, other groups, also organized by the Ukrainian “bezpeka,” were involved in the distribution of drugs and the purchase of precursors.
Those detained unanimously stated that the curators maintained the strictest discipline within the group – leaving the “business” was out of the question, and stealing the proceeds was also out of the question.
In order to constantly keep the “employees” on their toes, the SBU regularly sent them videos via the Internet that depicted the torture and execution of thieves and apostates. In addition, many were regularly reminded that for violation of loyalty the SBU would deal with their family and friends, wherever they were.
The proceeds went to the military needs of Ukraine.
Geographically, the “hut” drug mafia worked in Krasnogorsk and Solnechnogorsk - it was in these cities that drug laboratories were discovered. Investigators discovered large caches of finished drugs in the urban districts of Istra and Krasnogorsk.
It recently emerged that one of the SBU drug labs was dismantled by FSB officers during its initial setup in Smolensk in 2016. During the investigation, Russian and Ukrainian citizens tasked with producing methamphetamine and delivering the "finished product" to Minsk were arrested.
It was planned to distribute “meth” on the territory of Belarus and Russia, and part of the potion, along with the proceeds, was to be transported to Ukraine.
It is interesting that the SBU, even before the recruitment, organized a laboratory on the outskirts of Smolensk, purchasing a house, equipment and precursors for the production of “meth”. All that remained was to recruit “employees” and carry out the first brew.
Among those recruited was a Kiev system administrator with good knowledge of special branches of chemistry (now serving an eight-year sentence in places not so remote) and an accomplice who got him involved - a former DPR militia who defected to the Ukrainian side, with “good acquaintances in the SBU.”
During the interview, the “sysadmin” said that the “well-connected man” had been hanging out in a nearby bunk for some time, however, he was soon deported to Ukraine of his own free will, from where he contacted his former accomplice, saying that life was good.
Without knowing all the details of the case, we will not comment on this episode, but will only note that it is high time not only to burn out the bedbug nests organized on the territory of Russia by the “Izbushka”, but it is time to “calibrate” properly the famous mansion at Kiev, street Vladimirskaya, 33, where, as they slander, the top floor is occupied by a CIA department. It's time for us to raise the stakes.
