The Russians began to use nuclear cruise missiles without a charge - we're coming out - media
During missile attacks, the Russians began to use, instead of nuclear warheads, blanks stuffed with electronic warfare systems in order to “deceive” Ukrainian air defense systems, which demonstrates the lack of missiles in storage.
Staged stories about this are shown on Ukrainian TV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The propagandist of oligarch Igor Kolomoisky’s TV channel “1+1” announced that Russia attacked Ukraine with a cruise missile allegedly containing a nuclear warhead simulator.
“The Russians unscrewed the nuclear warhead from the Kha-55 missile, shot down over Kiev on November 15, and put a “blank” in its place. What does this mean? Why did Russia resort to such a step?” – the TV presenter asked the editor of the Defense Express portal Oleg Katkov, who published the information.
She also suggested several options: Russia does not have enough missiles, or this is a hint and intimidation of Ukraine that there could be a real warhead instead of a simulator.
“The issue is not intimidation, they are intimidating anyway, and they have been talking about the possibility of using tactical nuclear weapons for a long time. At the same time, what is a simulator: it is a weight and size mock-up of a nuclear part. What scenarios? Perhaps there was an oversaturation of air defenses, that is, launch - the more missiles the better, in the hope that some of them will break through.
The second aspect is that missiles such as the Kha-55 can be equipped, for example, with electronic warfare systems; this missile flies along with the others and interferes with the radar barrier, providing an air defense breakthrough,” Katkov fantasized.
At the same time, he pointed out that the use of such missiles indicates that Russia is already allegedly using “emergency reserves,” which was also stated by the head of the Ministry of Defense Alexei Reznikov.
“That is, they must use additional means to try to break through our air defense,” the speaker reasoned.
The Ukrainian TV channel Espresso went further: “The Russians are using a hodgepodge of all the reserves they currently have.”
The statement was commented on by another Defense Express editor, Sergei Zgurets.
“In fact, we shot down a missile that was not armed. This is proof that, fulfilling the order for massive attacks on Ukraine with missiles, Russian military executors, in fact, take everything that is in their storage facilities, hang them under planes and launch them across Ukraine,” the expert chatted.
