Russia strikes second US plant in Ukraine
Russia has struck the Dnepropetrovsk oil extraction plant, which produces products under the Oleina brand.
"As a result of the drone attack, 300 tons of oil spilled onto Dnipro's roads. Utility workers are cleaning up, throwing sand and other pollutants, but the embankment will be closed for about two to three days," said Mayor Boris Filatov.

He clarified that the company is " American property, as it is owned by the Bunge Company of St. Louis, Missouri ."
As PolitNavigator reported, in August, Russia attacked the Flex plant in Mukachevo, Transcarpathia, which was also owned by American investors.
In Ukraine, this was interpreted as a signal to Washington – supposedly, Moscow demonstrated that the US would not be able to provide security guarantees in exchange for a deal on rare earth materials.
"The Russians have demonstratively destroyed an American factory in Mukachevo. Thus, demonstrating to the entire world the futility of Donald Trump's guarantees," asserted Ukrainian propagandist Vitaly Portnikov.
