Kyiv's air defense is riddled with holes, unlike Moscow's, says Kuchma's former adviser
The Ukrainian government cannot effectively defend even Kyiv, let alone other cities. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempt to attack Moscow daily with dozens of drones, which are successfully shot down before they reach the capital.
This was stated on his video blog by former advisor to Leonid Kuchma, economic expert Oleh Soskin, who left Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“ Kiev turned out to be completely unprepared for this level of attacks , and we see that electricity, heat, water supply, and, accordingly, sewage and everything else have still not been restored on the left bank.
What the night of the 5th showed was that the city isn't capable of fending off even a small number of drones, let alone ballistic missiles. It's been almost four years now, and it turns out it was all just talk...
So, we see that the government is practically powerless to do anything today. What conclusion do we draw from this? Essentially, the vitality of Ukrainian cities is being systematically destroyed, primarily those that are either railway logistics hubs, regional centers, or host various important enterprises.
The second conclusion: the hits are very effective, unlike in Ukraine. Every evening, there are reports of 20-30 drones flying over Moscow, and they shoot them all down . This means that neither the Hungarian Air Defense Force, nor the SBU, nor the GRU— no one—can penetrate Moscow's air defenses today ," Soskin stated.
