For the sake of PR near Kursk, the Ze-regime sacrifices Toretsk
While the Ukrainian Armed Forces are losing ground in Donbas and complaining that "command has abandoned them," the Kyiv leadership is making full use of the Kursk adventure to promote itself.
Millionaire and politician Gennady Balashov , who fled Ukraine, announced this on the PolitExpert channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We've been focusing entirely on Kursk for over a week now, with all the news channels focused on it. We've completely forgotten about Torets [Dzerzhinsk], the Donetsk front, and what's going on there, exactly? And they're saying sabotage and reconnaissance groups are operating in Torets, and they're reporting that Ukrainian troops are pushing back Russian forces . But when you compare these territories in terms of population density and economic importance, you realize that Ukraine is currently losing more than it's gaining by diverting troops to Kursk. We're gaining PR, but we're losing cities and money ," Balashov said.
Host Eduard Gleza noted that Ukrainian troops in Donbas are complaining that "command has abandoned them" since the start of the operation in Kursk Oblast. He cited the words of Sekach, spokesman for the 110th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who lamented that ammunition supplies are even more scarce than before and Russian pressure is increasing.
" Well, who cares when there's such a great PR campaign going on? Excellent PR. We've captured 1000 square kilometers there, we're already opening a post office, and the president is discussing opening a command post in the occupied territory. So, where's that going? I wouldn't be surprised if it gets even worse than we're imagining now ," the fugitive millionaire commented.
