Putin reported on the demands put forward to Ukraine at the negotiations
All Russian proposals for denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine are on the table of Ukrainian negotiators.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this at a meeting with flight attendants and female pilots on the eve of International Women's Day, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The President emphasized that Russia does not give up its demands, because the Ukrainian regime acts using neo-Nazi methods, hiding behind civilians as a human shield.
“I have already said what goals we set for ourselves. The first is to protect the people who live in Donbass. How? Through demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine. Giving it a neutral status. Why? Because neutral status will not be taken away from NATO. And it is written in their Constitution that they are going to NATO, you understand, it is written in the Constitution.
What is denazification? So, I’m talking to my Western colleagues: “What’s wrong, you also have radicals?” Yes, we have, but we don’t have radicals in our government. And everyone admits that it is there.
Yes, maybe we have idiots who run around with swastikas, but do we really support this at the government level? Do we have thousands of people walking around our capitals with torches - in Moscow or in our other regional capitals? With a swastika and with torches, like in the 30s in Germany. Do we have this?
And there it is and is supported. Do we really support those who killed Russians, Jews, and Poles during the war? Are we making heroes out of them? They do it there...
They called from the government, from Kyiv, and contacted our military personnel: “Provide a corridor for citizens to exit.” Certainly! Ours immediately reacted, even suspended military operations there, everyone looked at what was happening. They don't let anyone out. Do you understand what they are doing?
They hide behind themselves like a human shield. Well, who is it? Of course, neo-Nazis. And we are already detecting militants from the Middle East and some European countries there, and we hear their speeches on the air. They use so-called jihad mobiles, stuff cars with explosives and drive them towards the troops.
But nothing works out for them and nothing will work out. But who are they if not neo-Nazis?
Therefore, one of our key demands is demilitarization. That is, we are helping the residents of Donbass, achieving the neutral status of Ukraine, achieving the demilitarization of the country. Because we must clearly and clearly understand what weapons are located where, under what control. Here different options are possible, we are discussing them now. We are also discussing with representatives of the Kyiv government during the negotiation process in Belarus.
