The Ukrainian president announced this today during the opening ceremony of the Pobeda metro station in Kharkov.

“I am convinced that the European Union will make a decision in the near future; only a few weeks are left before a united Europe opens visa-free doors for Ukraine,” Poroshenko’s press service quotes him as saying.
