The cost of construction in Ukraine is constantly growing, and construction companies are forced to attract buyers even by deception.

This was stated at a press conference in Kiev by Sergei Kostetsky, an analyst at the consulting agency SV Development, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Our company works with hundreds of developers throughout Ukraine, and they are very sensitive to price. Construction companies don’t want to deceive anyone, yes, but, unfortunately, the cost is constantly growing, and just yesterday we met with one very well-known developer, he says that since the beginning of the year the cost has increased very significantly, we are raising the price by 500 hryvnia - people are already less stop walking. That is, even to such a small thing as 500 - 1000 hryvnia per square meter, people are very sensitive,” the expert said.
According to him, construction companies go to all sorts of tricks to lure buyers.
“Therefore, developers are now forced to somehow, at least by deception, half-deception, and so on, attract buyers so that they have sources of financing. And if you noticed, before there were 30 and 50, but now 100 percent of construction companies, even very large ones, do not put projects into operation on time. First there are 100 builders walking there, then 50, then three cripples are walking there. The most important task is to prevent the object from freezing. I would like to emphasize once again that construction companies now have a huge problem with financing,” Kostetsky warned.
